气体钻井转化常规钻井的替入钻井液技术

【摘要】 针对全国大规模推广应用气体钻井技术的情况,详细地分析了气体钻井所形成的井眼条件和替入钻井液时可能发生的井下复杂。气体钻井时,在井眼周围地层岩石应力得到充分释放,形成更多的应力释放缝,加之井壁岩石干燥,没有滤饼保护,当气体钻井完成后替入钻井液时,易引起多种井下复杂。针对替入钻井液后可能发生的井下复杂,提出了气体钻井转化常规钻井的替入钻井液优化配方及现场工艺技术对策,并通过多口井的现场试验,对降低井下复杂,缩短恢复常规钻井的周期见到了明显效果。
【英文摘要】 This article has analyzed the bore hole condition in detail which the gas well drilling forms. When drilling the gas well, the stratum rock stress obtains the full release around the bore hole, and forms the more stress release seam, in addition, the wall rock is dry, and then it hasn't the filter cake protection, when the gas well drilling completed, the drilling fluid enter into formation to cause many kinds of down hole accidents.
